Standard Operating Procedure: Privacy

Last Updated: 2026-06-02

1. Data Telemetry & Logging

When you access trendingheadlines.com (the "Command Center"), our edge nodes may passively log standard HTTP request data, including but not limited to IP addresses, browser agents, and timestamps. This data is strictly utilized for structural defense, debugging, and maintaining the integrity of our routing networks.

2. Analytics & Tracking Intercepts

We utilize third-party tracking beacons (such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense) to measure global traffic density and serve programmatic data. These entities may deposit cookies into your local hardware to identify behavioral patterns. You may disable these vectors natively through your browser's security protocols.

3. Intelligence Aggregation Mechanisms

We do not require user registration. We do not demand personal identifiable information (PII). Any active interaction with the platform is anonymous unless explicitly volunteered through a secure transmission channel.

4. Third-Party Routing

Clicking on an external intelligence feed will physically route you away from our secure servers. We possess zero jurisdiction or diagnostic visibility over the privacy protocols executed by third-party news networks.

5. GDPR / CCPA & Global Privacy Rights

Under international frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you are granted explicit rights regarding your data telemetry. Because we process no user accounts or persistent PII database grids, we maintain no data link profiles to delete. However, you retain the complete right to request the audit or purging of any passive edge node logs associated with your network signature. Direct your request directives to privacy@trendingheadlines.com.
